The next afternoon I venture towards the nest again for more photo shots. Image my surprise when I saw the Killdeer running towards me. It was not until I realized the other grown Killdeer was also chirping away. I had to look around for before I spotted this little one.
Okay, when I took this photo shot, an idea formed. I wondered, What if I add a few words. My first try on a short comic about these four geese that looked lost.
If geese could talk, this is what they would say. I might have to redo the fonts for the second sentence, which should read. “Of course, keep going south.”
Okay, I think this photo shot came out okay, as for this short comic I might keep this short comic or put it aside for a while. But never know with me. Sometime a little laughter is needed, for a rough day.
I have a four part series of my mini adventure/break from every day life. Here’s some photo shots I took of the many different types of flowers. Unfortunately, I have no idea on names of these beautiful flowers. Nor, I did I know how many beautiful flowers were there at Rip Van Winkle Gardens.
While we waited for our food, on the wrap around porch, I took my first public photo shot.
My first photo shot, while waiting for lunch.
Pink flowers on this quiet peaceful walk..
Never know what to expect on an adventure.
I turned towards the flower and got a lovely surprise
As my post title says, So many flowers, but little time. Oh yes, the time flew by fast. But worth it.
Okay, I took these photo shots a few days ago of my visiting feather friends. These Killdeer birds always show up every summer and make their nest in the most unusual places. Which sometime is hard to see, from these photo shots. The mother Killdeer did fuss (chirped up a storm) when I got close to her nest.
Okay, I took this photo shot a few weeks back. I was in the kitchen, when I heard a chirping sounds, in the bushes. Without saying a word I hurried for my camera. I had to zoomed in to take this photo shot, which I think came out okay. But it’s not my best photo shot, since I had to take this photo shot from the kitchen window.
This little Cardinal was visiting, while chirping a sweet melody.
Okay, this photo shot was taken last Friday evening. I was looking through the kitchen window, when I seen something on the power line pole. I did not say a word, I grabbed my camera and opened the window without making a sound.
An old wise friend was seen..
Last but not least this photo shot was taken a few days ago. I wanted to a photo shot of the sunset. But I heard chirping and seen this little brown bird. I zoomed in for a closer shot.
Okay, yesterday evening when I looked towards the sunset, I just had to take these photo shots. Even with the power line pole, I think these photo shots came out okay. I just have one thing to say, I wish it would have been colder yesterday evening.
I was in the right place at the right time.
If only the power line pole wouldn’t have been in the way.
I take a deep breath and try to relax for a moment. A lucky photo shot.
